De-centralized training will be based on the ability of the customer to schedule a minimum of four individual training sessions/sites per day. Training will be presentation-based, unless the customer provides access to an appropriately configured computer lab. All training will be conducted within 30 days of the installation.
Incident Alert Systems provides both printed and electronic documentation of systems configurations, operation/user's manuals, and training aids in electronic form for each installation. This documentation is kept updated to reflect the functionality of the current version of the software.
Our Warranty

- Incident Alert Systems (IAS) Warranties all purchased components, connectors, modules, and IAS software for the period of one (1) year from date of installation. There is no limit to repair or replacement within the warranty period.
- IAS will repair or replace defective hardware with new or remanufactured components.
- Extended warranties and service plans are available and may be purchased at any time.
